The Clark house has had a colorful past from its
early days as a way stop for the Erie Canal. It was located at
the bottom of the Clark boat launch ramp until 1963 when it was
moved to its present location. When the water level drops on
Shenango Lake, the old foundation stones for the building become
visible. Here are some photos from those early days.
Note the vintage cars that were new at the time!
